For Democrats it is the soft bigotry of low expectations ala our affrimative action president.  For black Republicans, well let's just say he doesn't like any person of color not on the dependency plantation.  Nothing is to be feared and reviled more than an accomplished, conservative, self made person of color.  That's why he is all in for Planned Parenthood and is a secret devotee of Margaret Sanger........we need to abort as many of those inferior folks as possible.  He fits in perfectly with the Democrat party.
