A 75 year old man is out for his daily walk.  He is approached by a very attractive woman in her mid twentys wearing a very short skirt and a cut off T shirt with no bra.  She puts her arms around the old man, snuggles close and whispers in his ear "You know grandad, I'm willing to do anything you want for $50. What ya say?"  The old man thinks for a few seconds and replies "Paint my house."
