My point is--he's not going to publish what he paid--I wouldn't. He could have paid a lot more than $200 if he had to import subs-and a lot of the Ridge builders do import, but I stick by my numbers. With the exception of the outside stone work, old pine flooring, and lots of stained ceiling wood, the other costs are manageable and predictable..
