I'm reading, and hope you guys know what your talking about. I've got a daughter who'll be going to college in two years. Sure would be nice to know a "shack" put her through school!

There are several places for sale on Real Island. Anywhere from $250 to $475 thousand.

Even my "neighbor" is toying with the idea of selling,..... he's still rattling on about us "not blocking his view". A realitor said he'll ask somewhere around $450 for his,.......if you remember-it DOES have a towering gazebo! :)
