I can assure you if they foolishly file a lawsuit his lawyers are going to provide them with a discovery demand that would knock their socks off and they know it.  That is the last thing they want because the defendent will have access to everything.  All they were doing is trolling for one company to waive the white flag because they couldn't afford to litigate and that would make the news and morons like Goofy would think it was an indication of something other than a compromise to avoid litigation. 

So we hear a lot about AT's response and nothing about all the others saying, "bring it on."  When you are low information and suffer from TDS you can be easily fooled.......Goofy is the poster child.
