The Dow is up because money is seeking a safe haven in the nation with the world's strongest economy.  The Brexit is not having a positive impact in the UK....£ down 10%, dozens of employers announcing layoffs and movement of employees to the continent, the 2 largest political parties in crisis, the country's credit rating downgraded, Scotland on the verge of a new independence vote, Northern Ireland talking about uniting with the Republic to the south,  Boris and Nigel in complete "don't blame me mode" and floundering and flip-  flopping on all their pre-vote bravado and promises, the UK's future (the young) dismayed and angry and talking of leaving the country,  the nativist crowd getting downright nasty,  the EU telling Cameron not to let the door hit him in the ass as he leaves,  and thousands of leave voters expressing buyer's remorse less than a week out.

This is just a preview of America the middle of November if the orange comb over idiot is elected president!!!
