I do credit Obama with the very low natural gas prices ... because we have an abundance and he refuses to approve an energy policy that takes advantage of it ... so yes, he is responsible for the low prices because we have the supply and he will not make a decision that will create the demand and therefore reduce oil demand and bring those prices down.
