he simple demonstrates how selfish he is.  He knows that wearing a mask is to protect others rather than himself.  When he and his fellow travelers continue to rail aganst a requirement to wear a mask when around others they simple show how utterly non-caring they are to the health, safety, and well being of others! Freedom is important but so is being a responsible citizen.
