Who really cares?  If he does I can assure you Democrats and the govt media will go berserk. Especially when he refers to the Hunter pardon.

As for me I would look at each case and pardon all those that committed no violence. Then I would look at the sentencing of criminals in DC and make sure none of them serve more time.  Those sentences should be commuted as appropriate.
