Its almost time for our annual dinner cruise to raise money for brain cancer research. In trying to get ahead I prepped and smoked 40 pounds of leg quarters yesterday. I was hoping to do 6-8 Boston Butts, but I refuse to pay nearly $2 a pound for them! We may go with all chicken since they are under $1.10.
