The thing about her portrait of a young couple with a baby with a fever - I guess they don't know that if you go into the ER you will be treated regardless of their ability to pay - which is why all the illegals and poor show up there.  They will bill you and if you talk to them, I understand that they will reduce your bill and work out a payment.   And BTW, those high deductibles are thanks to Obamacare.  People have told me that the deductibles are so high on affordable plans, it's like having no insurance at all.  She didn't impress me - and last night she said that she supported Medicare for all, then today she backtracked saying she misunderstood the question.  I can pretty much guarentee you that she won't give up her health insurance any time soon.  She's in the same health insurance program I am in, and while it isn't exactly gold plated like people seem to say it is, it is still a good program. 

I thought she was shameless for going after Biden about supporting/not supporting bussing.  You know, memory is a funny thing - I was a kid, but it seems to me that bussing was not popular even at the time.  Kids were riding on bussing for over a hour to get to school, but coudn't attend their neighborhood school.  Remember the days of quotas?  No one liked that much either.  So Joe Biden was not the only one against Biden, and his point that he could work with his collegues that had a different point of view than he did, was lost now that Harris has accused him of being weak on civil rights.  I guess you will never have credibility with Blacks if you weren't always toeing the line of their beliefs.  

I have been called a racist, but like Joe Biden, I will put my record on the line with anyone else.  I have no problem with equality, I just don't believe we should try to make up for slavery, buy making one group have more quality.  

LOL, I heard them talk about income inequality (again Harris with her people working 2-3 jobs), so my question is this:  how much of a cut in salary is Congress willing to take so we can redistribute their wealth?
