I have done some researching, something that I would recommend Fish and Archie get in the habit of doing, of the particular group of individuals who put out this report.  The leadership of this particular section are all faculty members of institutions of "higher learning". I could join this section if I wanted to pay the membership dues, and I never took a political science class in my whole academic career.  There were no "presidential historian" labels assigned to anyone who I was able to look up.  A few collegiate syllabi that I was able to pull up failed to mention "presidental historian" as the title of the lecturer.  In other words, this is simply a group of college faculty members with an interest in Presidential politics.  Hardly, imho, an esteemed group of presidential historians.  

Now, don't get me wrong....If this group had given DJT a first place ribbon, I still would have viewed this poll as bunk.  History judges individuals iwithin context of the social, religious, political climates existing at the time.  The only way to read any gradeschool poll such as this, would be to place each individual in the exact same context and then debate their strengths and weaknesses.  DJT has only been in office for 13 months for crying out loud, his body of work is not completed.  He should not have even been a choice in this worthless poll because other than sharing the title of president, he failed to meet any criteria for entrance based upon comparitive experiences of all presidents.
