To me a simple rule as to the state of the economy are car and light truck sales. Annual sales have increased around 80% since Obama became President. A damn good sign for the recovery.

I question if family income will really increase under Trump. Increased productivity continues to replace good paying jobs. Unions are weak with smaller demands for increases. Once again, I hope Trump can fullfill his pledge and bring back good paying jobs and not more robots.

Today, Trump said his cabinet has the highest IQ of any cabinet in history. With all these high IQs and Trump's ego, I am sure that those good jobs will be returning to the USA.
