Can rapid condo developement be stopped or strictly limited. Its ruining the pristine natural look of the shoreline. They take out every tree and scalp the land.

Multi family units should be limited. Maybe allow a four unit building only, one on a lot of at least 200 feet of shoreline. If a developer bought 800 feet, then allow 4 buildings of 4800 sq feet but not one builing three stories tall and 500 feet long.

Any chance?
