OK, I'll give you my opinion. It appears that with the end of El Nino we are going to approach more normal rainfall amounts. I suspect if that holds true then APCO will hold the lake level around the wnter pool level of 484', which under the old system would have been 483'. So the water level should stay around 2' to 3' above the old winter pool. Not sure how that impacts your question but I would not expect it to go down to the old winter level this winter unless something changes with the current weather patterns.
But as we know, opinions are like a certain part of your anatomy near the alimuntary canal, everyone has one.
