By "completely" I assume you mean running light and stop/turn/hazard light. First, if you haven't already, confirm that your other trailer(s) are fully functional If not, it might be a blown fuse in your tow vehicle. If it isnt the tow vehicle, more than likely it is either separated wires (brown for running lights, and yellow for left turn signal, green for right turn) or a failed ground. Assuming the light uses a single bulb for running lights and stop/turn/hazard, it is unlikely that both the running light element and the stop/turn/hazard element in that bulb would fail simultaneously (thus maybe a ground fault).
Just about any marine or auto repair shop should be able to quickly diagnose and repair your trailer lights (unless like Kowaliga marina they want three weeks just to get to it....).
