I agree with pretty much everything you posted. I would clarify that DJ may believe  people think he's a nice guy and he may think that himself but when I look at his repeated lies about the driver that was involved with the accident with his family as having "drunk his lunch", not only do I not believe he is a a nice guy, I think he is a reprehensible human being for lying repeatedly about this. His deceased wife was responsible for that accident and the truck driver was not at fault and his family has tried for years begging Biden to cease with this lie. What kind of a person would do this?  A degenerate of a person.  That is the epitome of Joe Biden and there is a special place in hell reserved for him.
