Recently the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Mentally Un, came out about the harm of climate change.  And he definitely walks the talk with his country. 

Below is my proof.  First is a satellite picture of North and South Korea at night.  No wasting valuable electricity there.  In fact, the Norks are in the bottom third of electricity use per citizen.  Second, North Korea is ranked 127 out of 191 countries in gasoline usage per capita...although if you removed the military use it would near the bottom.  Of course half of their population lives in extreme poverty.  The average per capita income is $1,800 (ranked last and only 2% of South Korea), most people don't have access to enough food and clean water, unemployment rates are around 25%, meat consumption is in lower quartile and their overall standard of living is near the bottom.  But hey, they sure don't emit those evil greenhouse gases.
