A new movement has started to utilize a provision in Article V of the Constitution to amend it. Should Washington fail to do it's duty then if 2/3 of the states can hold a Convention to propose amendments and if they are radified be 3/4 of the states then they become law. Never before, I believe, has it been more needen than now!

  The Constitution of States propose the following:

      1) Term limits on our elected officials

      2) Make all elected officials subject to the same laws as all other citizens with out all the "perks".
