as how he votes.  My guess is he will vote with the Dems every time.  They are very disciplined in that regard.  He may be allowed to vote for some things that will pass anyway but on any important vote where he could change the outcome I suspect he will vote in lockstep.  Time will tell....but that's my prediction.
