So when Bill Clinton started his first term as President, it is reported that their net worth (Bill and Hilda) was $700,000.

Now their net worth is over $100 million.  I would definitely take a 14,200% return during that period of time.

Obama's net worth was $1.3 million in 2007 and now it is $13 million.  That is a change of 438%.  Looks a little shaky to me.  Even if he save his salary all of those years in office, which he didn't, that would not make it half of that value.
