As soon as I posted my Las message I decided to take the dog for a ride and since I only live a few minutes from the shoreline mmgt office I decided to ride by and talk to them. It is indeed a DNR project, not APCO or rednecks. They did have to give permission for the project since it is on APCO land. It is definitely a fish habitat/cover project. The young fellow, I've forgotten name already, said he has had several calls/emails about it. So everyone please stay calm and remember virtually nothing happens on the lake APCO doesn't know about.
