Congratulations. You are going to love it.
The yeast goes in last. Wet ingredients go in the baking pan, dry ingredients go in a bowl. Then dump the dry in the baking pan and make a little hole in the top for the yeast. Put it in the machine and select the course and let 'er go. She'll wobble and clunk and thump but that's part of her personality. Be sure to check the dough halfway through the kneading and add a little water or flour at a time to get the dough "soft as a baby's behind".

Be sure to make some roll dough for holiday dinners. Super easy. Rather than do all those fancy shapes I just make mini loaves and bake them up.

I'll email you a recipe for sun dried tomato bread to try....
