CRD, I think you might want to check with each anti abortion state's attorney general before you make such a blanket dismissal.  Certainly if the most off the wall crazy anti abortion groups gets their wishes granted by a House filled with the likes of MTG and Matt Garth and a Senate full of dim bulbs like Herschel Walker, ANY ER doctor that aborts ANY fetus except to save the woman, in ANY of the 50 states plus DC will be subject to prosecution.  If you cannot see that you are even more naive than l thought. My hypotheticals are the realities women will face if the nuts so close to taking over your party in many states are ever successful!
