Do you not have alerts sent to you by your banking institution when self imposed spending limits are exceeded in a single transaction?  At least his family should have set that up for him and been notified and interceeded.  Shame on them for their lack of oversight.  I did have a problem with the recurring contribution, as I stated, and fixed it immediately.  Should the request for funds have been more transparent?  Absolutely.  Should Biden's infrastructure bill be more transparent?  Where is your concern when it comes to a 2 trillion dollar "infrastructure" bill that allocates a mere 5% of that money to true infrastructure.  Is Biden not guilty of the same scam?  I say he is and then some, but those facts don't fit your worldview so let's ignore them. 

If you demand transparency, then demand it across all spectrums Fish.
