Not quite accurate Archie, which suprises even me in that your line of work would seemingly demand consistent accuracy.

It has been said that science goes where evidence leads, evidence in the form of statistically significant (not by chance) conclusions and results that build upon one another over time.  Data is just that, data.  What makes data demonstrable? I am not sure data is demonstrable, but plugged into an smartly designed research protocol, it can be utilized to further a scientific hypothesis,OR, completely prove a null hypothesis that ultimately scrambles and debunks all prior scientific endeavors.  That is why I have advised you numerous times to reach beyond CNN, MSNBC or Madcow for your definition of what qualifies as today's "science".  There is another world out here that you have no clue exists, (one that you may choose to ignore), but you attempt to portray yourself as one being able to consistently and unerringly separate the wheat from the chaff and spit it out to us on this forum as gospel.  And if we call you out, you proceed directly to name calling and denegration.  Do you ever ask yourself why people just play with you here?

You do yourself personally a great disservice if you are truly interested in being accurate yet only quote the science that furthers your politics.
