Where are all the fishermen? I'm planning on spendind a week in lake raystown and would love to pick someone's brains on fishing techniques for this particular lake.i hae a 17' center console with downriggers,also have planer boards and bobbers/baloons.The little I know about raystown leads me to believe that troling for stripers and lakers would be the ticket.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
