I'm sorry that posting TRUTHS on this site has upset Mrs. Key. That was never my intention, and I do respect women more than anyone else on this earth. However, one would have to ask: Why are so many people opposed to SLISA? If they truly have the Good Will and Ambassadorship of Smith Lake on their agenda, why wouldn't everyone want to join in? I still haven't seen one mention of Renew our Rivers on SLISA's website, yet, Mrs. Key professes that she want's her children to enjoy the lake in the years to come. So do I, but trying to strong-arm APCO into raising the minimum levels, which is a balancing act, which I feel they've been doing a remarkable job at, has a lot more to do, than "Just" Smith Lake Levels. There's downstream navagation, which has to be kept to a minimum according to Army Corps of Engineers, etc. I don't think that creating additional lake frontage is going to do anything to help the environment or eco-systems of Smith Lake. Again, I ask how much "Seasonal" waterfront is owned by the Heads of SLISA? Why don't they come out and make it common knowledge? GREED One of the Original Sins.....
