Quite frankly, if the lake level were raised to where SLISA would want to keep it, that would create that many more miles of lake front "Year-round" versus seasonal. In turn, this would provide "MORE" valuable land to the real estate market, which in turn will increase the population on this lake. Increased population is increased usage, trash, docks, congestion, etc. Jared and all his cronies would LOVE this, since that 700 FT of seasonal land he's holding onto, which easily be worth over $1,000.000! Not bad for an investment that he probably made of less than $100K(Which is also available on line) Now Jared, you told me to "Hold on to my side of the bargin" What side is that? I don't remember making any "DEALS" with you. My stance is the same: SLISA was created by developers, and "Other" interested parties in order to make their useless land increase in value more than ten-fold. How much land does Tarrie and Neal own that is seasonal? ETC.... You guys want to talk to me? Why? I can recognize a crook when I see one.
