damn it has words - no wonder you could not read it.  it was pretty clear to me.  It even referenced laws and facts - guess that is why you had lots of problems with reading comprehension.

 It is the policy of the United States to protect its citizens from foreign nationals who intend to commit terrorist attacks in the United States; and to prevent the admission of foreign nationals who intend to exploit United States immigration laws for malevolent purposes.

Holy cow - there it is in black and white the "muslim ban", as long as you Goofy finally wish to define the muslim religion/political beliefs as oppressive to race, gender and sexual orientation and not being consistant with our founding principles.
