A lot will depend on whether it is a  leased tank or if it goes with the property.  If it is a leased tank then only the company it is leased from will fill it.  If you own it you can shop best price.  I've never seen more than 10 cents difference in any of them.  To find out more ask the previous owner or if that is not an option call any fo them and they will come check and can usually tell you who owns the tank.  it may have a tag or label under the dome on top also.  Good luck.  As for who to call I woud say anyone but Area.  Been with them for years and the owner got rude with the wife recently.
