Sadly I agree with you on this.  Dementia Joe will be President until he can no longer function and then Dr. Jill, PhD and Kamala can fight it out as to who takes over.  I have less than zero faith in either Manchin or Sinema.  Once they see what is going to happen in the 2022 midterms and if it looks like they will lose the House and/or Senate they will take all the payola being offered them and reverse course.  I hope I am wrong because if they eliminate the filibuster the Senate will no longer be deliberative and will be just like the House.  Bills will be passed by the majority and signed into law and then when the majority changes new bills will be passed to void the old ones and we will be about as stable a government as a South American junta.
