No. Read the OP. I made reference to native Americans and to Hispanic people, as well as to the KKK, which is just as anti-Semitic as it is anti-African American. In addition, there was the internment of Japanese Americans during WWII and the refusal to accept Jewish asylum seekers, including Anne Frank, in the 1930s. Racism is not by any means exclusively targeted at African Americans. They just happen to be the largest group that is targeted by racists.

No. You should try to learn about "the law and legal system of the United States." It is legal to seek asylum, regardless of the point of entry into the country.  It is legally mandated to honor the rights of asylum-seekers. It is illegal to commit human rights violations, including separating children from parents and imprisoning immigrants under conditions that would not be acceptable for cattle. The justifications for committing these atrocities are all based on the racist belief that the lives of brown people are worth less than those of white people.
