THE HILDA B........H has a serious mental defect that caused her to become an ENABLER.  Such a disease renders one incapable of making any decisions without consulting the enabled person, SLICK WILLIE.  Now we know SW is senile and only thinks of making it with old women, so his decision making advice to HILDA renders HILDA unqualified to be presdent......GOT IT???
