I actually read an interview with Marla Maples some years ago and she said they divorced because he is a workaholic.  You don't end up as successful as he is by not sacrificing your life for your work. 

And before you start jumping up and down about Kahn's son - he was not a child, he was a grown man with a career in the Army.  So yes, I'm sure that it was very painful for them to lose his son.  I know of a retired 4 star general whose granddaughter - an Army Lt, graduated from West Point, who lost her life when her helo was shot down in Iraq.  I have a friend whose Captain wife, another graduate of West Point was shot down flying surveillence in Colombia.  I had a friend, another helo pilot who was assigned to Ft. Cambell who died when his helo went down.   We have lost thousands of soldiers between Iraq and Afghanistan. So perhaps you can explain to me why Mr. Kahn's son is so much more special than any of the other soldiers and airman who have lost their life in defense of this country.  Because he is a Muslim?  We're supposed to be more broken up because he is a Muslim?  There are stories out connecting Kahn to Saudi Arabia.  His law practice has a contract with Saudi Arabia.  He gives to Saudi charities.  Does anyone remember the nationalities of those that hit the Twin Towers and the Pentagon on 9/11.  They were Muslims with ties to Saudi Arabia.
