But once again AC gives away the farm, this time to and industry that naturally wanted to be here becuase this is where the natural resouce is.  And added another 4.3 million in debt to the city's books.  I am in favor of tax abatements to lure industry but the total package was 15 million.  It just seems excessive to me.  I don't see how 140 jobs could be worth that amount, 1400 maybe, but not 140 with average pay of $44,000.  Now when other realted industries may want to locate here they will expect the same kind of incentives.  Where does it end?
