Rooster and Samdog.....I've been retired for over 4 years now and I LOVE it. I always traveled with my job so I never had a chance to do the things I'm doing now. The best think I'm doing now is my garden and my chickens. I have about 30 hens (no roosters) and my egg business has allowed me to meet many new friends on the lake and in Dadeville. The garden (spring and fall) keep us busy. We can alot and give away alot of veggies. Also a way to meet new folks.

I still love to travel so we hit the road when we want to and stay as long as we want to. We're both certified barbecue judges so that keeps us on the road judging BBQ all over the southeast. So don't worry, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and congrats on making it to retirement.
