Interesting, thanks.  Looks like I keep the stainless 19 pitch the guy gave me and use it if I want to pull a heavy skier, but for all-around daily use stay with a 21 pitch, stainless if I dig up another tin can from the back yard.  Otherwise maybe find a prop shop to cup and otherwise smooth out the aluminum 21 pitch.
