Just saw on the WSFA web site that an underage (for alcohol) boater crashed into a Kowaliga Marina dock last night, sending himself and his passenger to the hospital. Anyone have details? The article says he was cited for DUI and minor in possession, while his 19 year old passenger was cited for minor in possession.
