So, the WHO is still claiming the mortality rate for the Wuhan ChiCom Chinese virus is around 3.4%.....which of course we know is false. But CDC just completed a barely reported study that determined the reasonable case death rate is 0.26% (and could eventually be lower). This is basically the rate that Standford scientists predicted over a month ago and for which they were ignored and ridiculed. Oh, an dif you took out the nursing homes the mortality rate is 0.1% or essentially the same as the flu.
On top of that CDC has also determined that the virus does not last on surfaces nearly as long as they once said it did. In essence we are learning, much more quickly than even I anticipated, that we have just had a really bad flu season. Will that stop wannabe dictators like Whitmer in MI? Nope.....not even close. Fact is if we had just responded with measures in NY, NJ, DC, MA, IL and the other blue states and left the rest of us alone the results would have been the same.
And even Georgia has improved in its rankings for cases and deaths per million since it reopened what will be a month ago at the end of this week. So sorry left wing nut chicken littles, your much desired death and mayhem hasn't happened. Speaking of which, yesterday there were 505 deaths reported nationwide, the lowest since March 29th. And as with all viruses, this one is following the bell curve pretty much as predicted despite all the ignoramous naysayers that were hoping and praying for more cases and more deaths because of their TDS. And no, we do not need mail-in ballots so Democrats can harvest and steal elections. And no we don't need any more broad stimulus and should focus on targeted relief.
And yes, we should move all essential manufacturing out of communist China and hopefully even non-essential. If Americans would wake up and see them for the evil government they are and go out of their way to buy products made elsewhere we can send them back to the economic backwater they were for centuries.
