Is there any wonder that we continue to elect corrupt or ineffective government? There is not test to determine whether people are intelligent enough to vote. It used to be that only land owners could vote. That, of course is not, at present germane. Perhaps we could require a few multiple choice civics questions at the beginning of the ballot to determine if the vote is valid.
