Cant say I blame him for not filling empty positions considering the state the NSC, NDI etc has been for the last 11 years.  It was weaponized by Oblamer against Trump.  You have to be wearing blinders to now see the corruption in DC - but then again You and Antifatech still want to go with not a smidgen of corruption during the previous administration.  You  have your party glasses on and find no fault on your own side of the isle.  Oblamer stockpiled hundreds of extra people into offices before leaving as part of coup attempt, your just pissed that they have failed again, and again, and again.

You are about to get Sanders as your pick, and Trump will be president for 4 more.  Congrats.  You party is nothing but Anti Trump, LBGT+ starting in preschool, pick your own bathroom and gender and hope that you do not die from weather changing 1 degree over the next 1000 years that will so upset the environment that we will all die in less then 10 years.
