Make it simple with staff and food to start with. As the locals come out and business grows, adjust for the needs so you can make a good profit. Lakers and locals need something for sure as all the others have closed from a lack of consistence. The No.1 complaint in the restaurant world. All you can eat Catfish, .50 wings w/min of 10-12 on first order, Hamburger steak, BLT, Chips and Queso, Hotdogs and cheeseburgers w/fries should be a hit. Niffer's does $1.50 domestic, $2.00 premium beer. BTW, not trying to price your menu. You'll never know until you give it a try! I'll support ya and spread the word. There's an ole saying: The "KISS" method, keep it simple stupid. With your talent Chris, how could it not be a success? .25's make $1.00's, $'s make $5's, makes $10's etc. Good Luck!
