My reply was to Archie, not CRD, and Archie used the term "hoity toity". I am not responding to CRD.  Are you, like Goofy, unable to understand the structure of the forum?

And we tried to make public schools work for us but when your kid gets in trouble because he finishes the hour's work in five minutes and is expected to sit there doing nothing for the rest of the hour what is he to do?  We asked if he could be assigned more work to keep him occupied and the answer was flat "no".  Plus his English teacher sent a note home one time that had so many grammatical and spelling errors it was almost incomprehensible  

Do you live in Montgomery?  Have you tried to work with the school systemere?  Are you aware that the biggest problem is not the kids but the parents whose first reaction is "my kid can do no wrong, it must be the teacher's fault"?  Don't even try to lay a guilt trip on me for getting my kids out of that sick environment.  You are quick to judge, and unless you provide some evidence to prove that you are qualified to comment your opinion is nothing more than letters on a computer screen.
