So now he has to plead not guilty and may have to go to trial for tax evasion and gun violations.  Best news I have heard all day.  Discovery is going to be a hoot.  If I were him I'd sue his idiot attorney that lied to the clerk to get damining evidence removed from the docket.  She should be disbarred.  Of course, now Weiss may have to prosecute the case in Delaware court so he could get off if he has a favorable jury.  That is unless they come up with a new deal acceptable to the judge.  And Weiss I am sure will decline to testify in the House now that this is again an active case so we'll probably never know who got him to make such a favorable sweetheart deal in the first place.  You can be sure Garland was involved.

Judge specifically asked if he was still under investigation and they said yes but would not say for what.  She specifically asked about FARA and they refused to answer.  Of course he committed felony tax evasion and felony gun charges and felony violation of FARA and lots of other illegal acts.  Maybe now they will get to the bottom of the pay for play bribery scheme involving his father....the real issue at hand here.
