very disapointed DRT wimped out--instead of USA cutting off aid to these countries, we"re now being held hostage by 3rd world countries with fears of economic collapse if border is closed; by giving 12 month notice, I doubt Central America will have any citizens left --they'll all be here ! guess we value avocados more than national security !!
