You tend to spout alot of verbage that masquerades as true working knowledge, however, really is nothing more than simple talking points.  I ask you to research the growth of insurance coverage for the hispanic and AA populations for instance over the past 3 years.  You will find that the numbers don't support your claim of the Republican controlled Congress attempting to tear down the ACA.  There are still over 30 million uninsured, but this is not a problem the Republicans created.  Fact check.

The R & D budgets of pharmaceutical companies is tightening for sure.  Various contries around the world offer tax incentives and credits for these companies doing business there.  You are not really correct in implying Fed dollars go to these companies while they ("big pharma") reap profits.  It is a symbiotic relationship that governments and business negotiate.
