I think in the beginning Kasich wasn't getting much traction because he was the least spoken of all the candidates. His numbers were so low, he was lucky if he got one question during the debate. I'm not so sure if he isn't being used a bit by the RNC as part of the stop Trump movment. I agree that he seems to be a reasonble candidate, but I wonder if he has the strength to stand up to Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan to do what is right. He wants big cuts in Social Security and Medicare, so I'm sure that is not pleasing to many seniors.
He'd probably be an okay President by I think he capacity for greatness is limited.
