I'm sorry, but I think Benghazi is a dead issue. It was a tragic event, but we've had lots of tragic events in the last 30 - 40 years. Did anyone blame the SecDef when Marines were killed in Lebannon, Airmen in Saudi Arabia, Seamen who died in the Cole attack? No. And I feel sure that if anyone went back and reviewed intelligence and emails at the time, there were signs and signals and discussions about possible attacks. Other State Department officials have been killed - it's tragic, but it happens. It would be nice if every Embassy could be fully funded and provided with everything they need for security, but it doesn't happen. And keep in mind that Stephens did not have to go to Bengahzi - the U.S. Embassy was not in Bengahazi. I'm not making excuses for Hilary, but I don't think she deserves any more blame than others on whose watch tragedies have happened. I do not like Hilary's politics, but I think she has been beaten on more about Benghazi than she deserves.
Now, if those announced and propose to announce candidates are the best that the GOP can come up with, then Hilary will have no problem winning the next election. Watched a few minutes of an interview with Bobbie Jindahl this morning - what an idiot.... Jeb Bush? he's already going down before he even declares.
I feel very discouraged about 2016. Where are the realists? Where are the responsible adults?
