Thanks for your post. The Marine Police was doing nothing dangerous and neither was I so I do not think a mental eval is appropriate for either party. I look forward to speaking with Captain Brooks after his review and I feel confident he will see the incident different than the officers involved. I have read all the post about this issue and agree with the ones that praise the Marine Police for a great job. For the most part I have nothing but good things to say, however I feel very different about this incident.
